Lampworked glass beads by Ray – “Beads-on-a-Whim”.

I am a self-taught lampworker, producing hand-made glass beads and jewellery; drawing inspiration from travels around England’s waterways in my narrowboat: “Merely-a-Whim”.

All beads are made from: soda-lime, Effetre, Reichenbach or Vetrofond glass.

I also make hand-crafted jewellery using beads together with sterling silver, indian silver, tibetan silver beads and findings.

All of my creations are unique and individual pieces. Personal commissions, demonstrations and tuition available.
